How it works:
1. CHAT
We will have a phone consultation first so I can get a feel for what it is that you're looking to serve. I will also assess your needs, favorite flavor profiles and what you're hoping to gain from your experience.
2. THE MENU
With Noisette Catering there is no set menu. We'll discuss your needs, what you like to eat, what is in season, dietary restrictions and allergies. Typically, the menu will have three courses of your choosing created just for you.
3. LET’S GET COOKING
I'll arrive to your house with the food and any extra equipment needed. Whet your guests’ appetites with small bites to start. Then move on to a beautifully fresh salad or soup using seasonal ingredients. To finish the meal a sumptuous entree served family style.
4. EAT, DRINK AND BE MERRY
Sit back and relax. Enjoy your time and let me do the washing up!
